
These are the proposals that were rejected in July 2000, on the grounds
that they would cause a traffic nightmare. The second application, which
has now been approved, is only a very slight improvement.

site
- Extension of Headington Bowls Club
car park with gated exit on to internal access road leading to
Osler Road
- Provision of cycle route from London
